About Troy Buscemi

Troy Buscemi has a laser-sharp focus on 1 thing: Real Estate.

edit.jpg

As an expert with 20 years of industry experience, helping clients analyze unique sets of data is key in today’s competitive market. In addition to being an agent with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, he is a practicing residential appraiser and principal at Boston Appraisal Company. His clientele demands information and complete discretion.

With the expertise gained in the valuation sector, transforming a client’s perspective from simply buying a home to investing in an asset becomes a primary objective. “There is a lot more to consider than simply buying your dream home. What factors minimize investment risk? What data is available to make a more informed short or longer-term decision? From the perspective of an investor, you want forthright guidance driven by reliable data. And that is the value I offer my clients.”

Drawing from experience gained by participating in more than one role in a financing transaction, capitalizing on the oversight of negotiating skills, understanding what can go wrong and who not to work with is invaluable. “Having a reliable network of experienced professionals that are dedicated to their craft is an essential part of delivering the excellence expected when representing the Sotheby’s brand.” Rather than a sales pitch; expect quality and premium attention.

“It is a misconception that Bostonians are not friendly. Cultural expectations for privacy should not be mistaken as inhospitatity. As a native, we expect trust to be earned by demonstrating hard-work, determination and a sense of responsibility. If you are overwhelmed by the sale process, expect that to be converted to an enjoyable experience through information. We prize knowledge in New England and industry, information and discretion are not negotiable.”

Outside of sales and valuation, what are his pursuits? Real estate, of course. In the form of a PropTech startup aiming for a paradigm shift in the way real estate professionals approach core competencies.
