The Cambridge Community of Real Estate Professionals Foundation (CCR) is a non-profit organization comprised of Real Estate Professionals whose primary business is based in Cambridge. We are dedicated to improving the standards of real estate practice and the level of professionalism while also helping raise awareness and charitable funds for homelessness. For most of the past two decades, CCR has been the major contributor to OUR PLACE. OUR PLACE was established by the Salvation Army to break the cycle of homelessness by providing a program that meets educational and emotional needs of each family member. The Salvation Army day care program now serves approximately 46 children daily and 100 children annually.

It is the mission of the Cambridge Art Association (CAA) to build a vibrant community through visual art: connecting individuals and facilitating dialogue among artists and art lovers of all ages and backgrounds. To accomplish this, CAA exhibits quality works of art and seeks to enrich lives and engage art enthusiasts and collectors. CAA also provides educational opportunities to its members and others to enhance their skills as artists and promote the appreciation of visual art. Since 1944, the CAA has been committed to exhibiting and promoting the work of regional, New England artists.

New England Senior Services (NESS) is a non-profit organization that provides education and advisory services to assist the general public and health care service providers with the Affordable Care Act. As an advocate for seniors, patients and providers we ensure optimal communication and strategies to successfully manage options. Hospitals and medical care professionals utilize our services to become more involved in transitions of care for all at risk patients. We advise on financial management, legal documents and Medicare advocacy. We provide an overall review of insurance needs. Our services result in a reduction in medical costs aligning with the Affordable Care Act’s mission.
